Taco Fiesta Burger
Makes 4 servings, $1.02/serving

Lean ground beef 1 lb.
Tone's® Taco Seasoning 1/4 cup
Pepper Jack cheese 4 slices
Prepared salsa 1/4 cup
Sour cream 1/4 cup
Hamburger buns 4

Mix ground beef and taco seasoning in a medium bowl. Form into 4 patties.

Grill, broil or pan fry patties to desired degree of doneness (about 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium doneness). Top each patty with a slice of cheese during the final minute of cooking to melt.

Place each patty on bottom half of bun; spoon 1 tablespoon salsa and 1 tablespoon sour cream on each burger. Place top half of bun on each sandwich; serve immediately.



Spicy Oven Fries
Makes 4 servings, $.28/serving
So simple to prepare! For a change of pace, try grilling the potatoes.

Cook Time: 23 to 27 minutes

Mazola® Corn Oil 1/4 cup
Tone's® Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
Tone's Italian Seasoning 2 teaspoons
Tone's Granulated Garlic 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Baking potatoes 4 medium-size

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine oil, chili powder, Italian herb seasoning, garlic and salt in resealable plastic bag.

Wash potatoes and cut in to 6 to 8 wedges, lengthwise. Add potatoes to seasoned oil and toss to coat.

Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Add potatoes, in single layer. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
