Italian Pork Chops

Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbsp.
Dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp.
Tone's® Spanish Style Paprika 1/4 tsp.
Tone's Italian Seasoning 1/4 tsp.
Spice IslandsŪ Garlic Salt 1/4 tsp.
Pork loin chops 4

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a shallow dish.

Dredge chops in crumb mixture.

Bake chops in a shallow pan for 25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.




Herb-Baked Potato Wedges
Makes 4 servings, $.24/serving
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 50 to 60 minutes

4 Servings 
Potatoes, medium and cut lengthwise 4 (8 wedges)
Seasoning
Mazola® Corn Oil 3 tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp.
Tone's® Oregano Leaves 1 tsp.
Spice Islands® Rosemary 1 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Tone's Granulated Garlic 1/2 tsp.
Tone's Restaurant Black Pepper 1/8 to 1/4 tsp.

Combine seasoning ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add potatoes; toss to coat.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
