Dusted Roasted Potatoes

8 Servings  
Potatoes, cut in wedges 3 lbs.
Onion, cut in chunks 1 lb.
Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
Tone's Steak Dust Seasoning 2 Tbsp.
Combine potatoes, onions and oil in a large bowl.  Add Tone's Steak Dust Seasoning and mix well.  Pour into shallow baking dish.  Roast at 400°F for 1 hour or until tender and browned.
