8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
2 cup (16 ounces ) sour cream
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons ancho chile seasoning
Drain spinach well and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Combine spinach with sour cream, cream cheese, Jack cheese and seasoning. Mix well. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and pour in spinach dip.
Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or until cheeses have melted and internal temperature is at least 145°F. Serve with crisp tortilla chips or crusty bread.
