Easy Italian Herb Focaccia

Make a delicious focaccia in less than 90 minutes!


  • 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 23 c. very warm water (120F to 130F)
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil, pure OR olive canola blend
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope yeast, rapid or quick rise


  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and water, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Spread doughinto greased 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  5. Using the handle of a wooden spoon,push multiple holes into the dough.
  6. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over dough; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian herb seasoning.
  7. Cover and let rise additional 15 minutes while oven preheats to 375F.
  8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
  9. Cool slightly and cut into slices.
