1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 large apple, cored and chopped
1 Roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
1-1/2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
Combine orange juice, brown sugar and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. Add mango, apple, tomato, onion and seasoning; stir well. Cook uncovered, over medium heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until apples are tender.
Mango Chutney pairs well with a variety of meats and seafood. Try it with Grilled Jerk Pork!
