Serve this delicous fish with rice pilaf!
- Heat oven to 425ºF .
- Combine tomatoes, olives, onion,basil, garlic,olive oil, lemon juice and white wine in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Place halibut in a non-stick baking pan.
- Top with tomato mixture; sprinkle feta cheese over tomatoes.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
You may substitute tuna or swordfish fillets for the halibut.
