Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Mango Salsa

Sweet and spicy moist salmon with a fresh and cool mango salsa.

Ingredients

Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped 1/2-inch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Sweet & Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • Juice from 1 lime

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Rub 2 tablespoons of seasoning over salmon; place fillets in prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
  5. While salmon is baking, combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon.

Tips

Mango Salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
