Thai Beef Kabobs Recipe

  • Coconut milk is the perfect base for these tasty kabobs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, black medium grind
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut in 1-1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 small onions, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Combine coconut milk, curry powder, thyme, pepper and salt in a large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add steak to bag; seal and gently toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  4. Remove steak from marinade; discard remaining marinade.
  5. Alternate steak, bell pepper, and onion on 4 skewers.
  6. Grill or broil about 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, or to desired doneness.
